Ice Monolith I and Ice Monolith II are two autonomous works born from the same subject — the same iceberg, the same silence, two perspectives. Each is self-sufficient. Together, they form a diptych: two identical frames that face each other, respond to each other, and give a space a presence that neither possesses alone.
Ice Monolith II
At the heart of the South Pole. The same silent mass, the same drifting iceberg — captured this time in its intimacy, from another angle, a few meters from its wall.
Thirty meters high. A single gradient. A single material. A single color. The sky merges with the ice. The sea becomes a mirror. The horizon disappears.
What is striking is not only the size. It is the purity. A geometry that exists without an architect, a grandeur that does not need to be conceived to exist. Faced with it, all human scale fades away.
This work belongs to the ICE series, a collection dedicated to the frozen landscapes at the ends of the earth, explored in their silence, their mineral beauty, and their sovereign presence.
Issued in a limited series of 33 copies and framed in a black aluminum ArtBox, this photograph becomes an exceptional object, both refined and monumental, designed to bring calm and presence into a contemporary interior.

Quality & Manufacturing
Each artwork is produced in Germany in collaboration with WhiteWall, a photo lab internationally recognized for the excellence of its Fine Art prints and the precision of its finishes. WhiteWall has been repeatedly named "Best Photo Lab" at the TIPA World Awards, an award that recognizes the quality and consistency of its high-end prints and frames.
The print is made on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, renowned for its exceptional rendering of deep contrasts, luminous whites, and fine details. It is then mounted under 2mm matte Plexiglass, which provides intense visual depth while ensuring long-lasting protection for the image.
Each piece is assembled on an aluminium Dibond support and then mounted in a custom-made black aluminium ArtBox, crafted in the workshop, giving the artwork a sculptural presence and perfect stability for hanging.
All production steps—from printing to mounting, including quality control—are supervised by experts to ensure a faithful reproduction of nuances, lasting stability, and a finish worthy of museum standards.
